Situated within Prospect Station, Centennial Lofts is an exercise in old world urban density and new world materiality. An existing turn of the century brick warehouse serves as the canvas for 26 high-end lofts with dramatic views of both the city of Denver and the Rocky Mountains. Each unit has a unique and carefully crafted relationship to the old building. The intrinsic value of the warehouse as a link to the past is met with future requirements of sustainability and efficiency. Photovoltaic panels, a communal green roof, recycled materials represent a sampling of the palette for a new kind of urban dwelling.
