Located in the Golden Triangle neighborhood of Denver, Golden
Row v.2 will be a residential response to the surrounding
community and environment upon its completion. These 16 condos
will all have light and air access on two sides of their units,
with the separated form providing the genesis for this. A
gallery will be located on the 1st floor to provide Cherokee
Street with a pedestrian friendly atmosphere along with
