Located at the prominent and busy intersection of Folsom and Pearl Streets in Boulder, Colorado, the three story concrete masonry and white stucco structure is comprised of 21,000 square feet of office and retail space. Graphically composed of two simple forms, the building functions as a billboard using signage, window configuration and applied color on all facades. Completed in 1993, the structure has become a recognizable landmark within the city.
