This project, of 6 years in duration included the restoration of three urban gateways and two monumental fountains in City Park and the Cheesman Park Pavilion, a neo classical white marble structure that is a historical and geographical landmark in Denver. Years of abuse, short-term repair methods, and natural impact of water damage on sandstone, granite, terracotta, and iron prompted the city to seek ArchitectectureDenver's expertise to evaluate needs and recommend historically, appropriate, and cost-effective approaches to restoring the public structures.
