The developer client wanted to renovate a 10,00 s.f. warehouse space with sustainable environmental features for use as an innovative office environment, with enhanced communication patterns integrated and supported by the new architecture.  AD responded with an open office environment with integrated reception area, flexible meeting spaces, conference room sand free-standing enclosed offices defined by glass and movable wall panels.  Optimum task level lighting quality was achieved primarily through manipulation of natural daylight.  The choice of materials and furnishings reflected extensive research on contemporary sustainability.
