This project is the second corporate office space designed by our firm for this 30,000 square foot real estate brokerage and development company. The work focused on developing a new physical identity as well as using programmatic and architectural elements to establish new patterns of working for this 110 year old firm. The design is organized around open and flexible work areas as well as a "café" environment for fostering communication throughout the firm.
